JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

– In charge of purchasing IT facility or tools as necessary followed accounting internal process
– Install PC hardware & software
– Network design and installation
– Configure E-mail and its maintenance
– Design & perform data backup and recovery
– Technical Support & Monitor end level users
– Configure internet with modem ADSL, Router
– Analyze technical problem and provide solution
– Implement virus protection and maintain all PCs
– Other tasks related to IT including fax, phone, printer, copier, Switch, Router, Wireless Router, and Telephone System PBX
– In charge of input fingerprint for new staffs & making door card
– In charge of downloading fingerprint data monthly to headquarter
– Understand and follow company regulation and 10 prohibited conducts
– Provide friendly corporation and support to other staff within group and across functions
– Fully understand about performance target plan yearly
– Attend every meeting or event required by group, company or management
– Other tasks assigned by superior level.

Job Requirement

– Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
– At least 2 years’ experience as IT Officer (Networking)
– Knowledge about network administration
– Having computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email)
– Have team leading experience
– Good English skill
– A punctual person
– Provide fast support and well communicate with all staff
– Corporate with team to perform the role well.
