Salary	490 - 540 ✅ Base salary: 380 USD + Qualification allowance (N3 = 50 USD, N2 = 100 USD) + Perfect attendance allowance (40 USD, provided starting from the 3rd month after the probation period) + Class preparation allowance (20 USD) ⚠️During the probation period, only the perfect attendance allowance (40 USD per month) will not be provided. ✅Applicants without an N3 qualification are also eligible to apply. ✅ The base salary generally starts at 380 USD, but if the candidate is deemed to have significant experience or skills, an increase in the base salary will be considered. ✅ A candidate who can use Word and Excel and is also capable of conducting online classes (no prior experience required), as there may be a possibility of handling online lessons for about 2 hours once a week. ・salary raising chance once a half years. ・gasoline allowance ・NSSF ・There is a raise pay system twice a year ・Annual paid leave: 18 days per year ・Half-day work every Saturday ・Overtime is rare ⚠️First, we will evaluate the candidate over a one-year term to determine if they are a good fit before considering a transition to permanent employment.
