Key Responsibilities:

– Leasing Strategy & Management: Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and achieve the ideal tenant mix. Identify and secure potential tenants, collaborating with marketing for promotional campaigns.
– Tenant Relations & Negotiations: Build strong tenant relationships, lead lease negotiations, and ensure compliance while resolving issues efficiently.
– Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct market research, track industry trends, and provide regular leasing performance reports.
– Project Coordination: Work with project teams to ensure timely unit handovers and coordinate tenant fit-outs.
– Compliance & Administration: Ensure lease agreements meet legal standards and maintain accurate leasing records.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 5-8 years of experience in Leasing, Property Management, or Commercial Real Estate.
– Fluency in English is required; Khmer or other languages are a plus.
– Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to analyze market data and develop leasing strategies.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
