This job contributes to Starbucks success in Cambodia through development and management of marketing & products in various categories, including but not limited to beverage, food, merchandise and coffee products, with key focus on food category development as well as experienced marketer with multi-channel brand marketing experience to lead the Marketing function.

Candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure all branding, develop product offerings and marketing initiatives that aligns with Starbucks brand guidelines and strategies. He or she will manage business against sales plans and budgets to achieve Starbucks financial and business objectives.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
1. Lead and drive annual strategic marketing plans and promotional campaigns to elevate brand visibility and maximize sales opportunities
2. Ideate and implement all marketing activities, including but not limited to marketing material development, advertising, media, promotion, event management etc.
3. Coordinate with external suppliers, regional team and internal cross-functional team in the development and execution of brand strategic plans
4. Manage owned social media platforms, including but not limited to content development, schedule planning and customer comment management
5. Develop CSR campaigns through NGO partnerships, plan and manage CSR activities
6. Coach Operations Team on best practices and provide guidelines on marketing initiatives
7. Manage and control local food development from start to end, including raw material sourcing, supplier liaison, pricing and marketing strategy formulation, merchandising, operational training etc.
8. Coordinate with external suppliers, regional team and internal cross-functional team to ensure smooth implementation of business strategies
9. Develop forecast plans and manage category inventory to maximize sales
10. Lead and manage digital loyalty program and Develop marketing materials to drive business results
11. Track business performance and evaluate effectiveness of promotional activities
12. Monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier relationships
13. Coach Operations Team on best practices and provide guidelines on category initiatives
14. Conduct competitive market analysis to identify sales opportunities
15. Manage ad-hoc marketing & category projects
