Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
-Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns and event plans aligned with mall positioning and seasonal trends.

Event Planning & Execution
-Organize and manage in-mall events and promotions, from concept development to on-site execution and post-event evaluation.

Budget & Cost Control
-Prepare and manage event and marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and proper documentation.

Vendor & Partner Coordination
-Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and brand partners for marketing materials, sponsorships, and service delivery.

Cross-Department Collaboration
-Work closely with leasing, operations, and tenant relations teams to ensure campaign alignment and support for tenant activities.

Brand Management
-Maintain and enhance the mall’s brand image through consistent visual presentation, communications, and event quality.

Regulatory Compliance
-Apply for and obtain necessary permits for public events and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.

Reporting & Performance Review
-Provide regular reports and analysis on event results, customer engagement, and campaign ROI to senior management.

Job Requirements:
Education:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

-Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in mall marketing, retail event planning, or brand management.
-Proven track record in organizing large-scale promotional events and mall activations.

Skills & Attributes:

-Strong project management and multitasking abilities
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
-Knowledge of mall operations and retail marketing dynamics
-Creative thinking with attention to detail and execution quality
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office; graphic design or social media experience is a plus
