Job description

– Network engineers will have responsibility for setting up, developing and maintaining computer networks within an organization or between organizations. They will offer support to users, who can be staff, clients, customers, and suppliers, and troubleshoot any problems that arise. They may, in some cases, also be involved in designing new networks.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

– Network/Helpdesk support

– 1st and 2nd line technical support

– Maintenance network environment including hardware, software, and services, which including but not limited to:

o Computers, servers, and office machines in the network

o Routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring servers

o IP PBX and SIP phone devices/software.

– Supports applications including Internet email systems, DNS, public Internet, and internal Intranet Web services, and network management platforms on enterprise-wide system

– Monitoring and analyzing network performance, security, stability, and improving the network environment.

– Maintenance and improve the network connections, securities, and performance for the application systems between different datacenters globally, including KH, US, SG, CN, JP, and TW.
