Job Description:

• Assist supervisor and manager to deliver all IT related functions and services to support the technology needs across the company and ensure smooth running of all IT system including core system
• Assist supervisor and manager to ensure up-to-date, timely & effective maintenance of IT infrastructure, system, network, connectivity, hardware & software
• Implement the company guidelines, procedures and instructions to achieve the company goals
• Maintain servers, computers, peripherals and network (LAN & WAN and WEB)
• Administrator active directory server and email to work smoothly
• Assist supervisor to perform Month-End and Year-End batch process
• Log issues with time of request, solution and resolution
• Be responsible to the movement of computer and peripherals
• Analyse user requirements
• Work closely with IT vendors for quotations, purchasing and troubleshooting
• Conduct regular testing to ensure that the computer system & IT network is running smoothly
• Perform service pack update, Windows update/hotfixes and antivirus definition regularly
• Assist supervisor to up to date the company website
• Perform other jobs assigned by the supervisor and manager
