GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for the performing of passenger reservation and ticketing duties, such as making a

reservation and issuing the ticket for the customer who visit or call the office.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Make a reservation and issue the ticket for the customers who visit or call the office .

2. Take care of the customers who have a special request, problem.

3. Take over the customer’s information to the concerned such as airport staff, customer center as needed.

4. Support and follow up the agent and corporate.

5. Advice and inform the customer on ANA product, rules, and regulation changes as needed.

SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Improve performance by attending trainings, seminars and etc.

2. Report and communicate issues relating customer with management.

3. Understand and keep up to date with the ANA reservation and ticketing Policy.

4. Perform any other duties as directed by management.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

1. Ability to write reports and business correspondence in English.

2. Japanese language ability preferred.

3. Ability to use a computer and applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel.

4. Knowledge of the Airline industry or travel agent is preferred.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

1. Experience of travel agent or airline industry is preferred.
