Job Description: -Leads operations team and oversees all company outlets-Responsible for the delivery and compliance of QSC, Systems maintenance and safety and security standards for all outlets-Develops business and cost management strategy-Planning, rolling out and communication approved sales and marketing plan -Analyses sales performance, market conditions nd competition-Forecasting, setting and communicating monthly sales target for all outlets-Responsible for customer satisfaction and service excellence-Managing and meeting all committed budgets for sales and operations excellence-Maintains close working relationship with brand principle-Provides timely sales and operations reports related to he sales, production, operations -Manages career and training development for all team members-Carry out additional duties and achieve desirable results assigned by supervisor-Meeting the profit and loss of all outlets collectively-Achieving operations and training excellence of operations department and meeting brand delivery standards-Data integrity and sales leakages-Career development of all personnel with9in the department-Excellent leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate people;e-Be a self-starter with high initiative to manage operations issues, processes and people————————————————————————————————————————Requirement: Master degree/Certificate in Food and Beverage-Minimum 5 years’ experience with Managerial level and successful operation management experience of at least three years in good and beverage or bakery industry-Proven management abilities in regards to planning short and long range goals, forecasting, analytical-Proficiency of English and MS Office such as Word, Excel, Power Point-Proven records of commitment and professionalism in meeting the challenges and pressure of a 24-houe,7-day week operation.
