Job Description | Be responsible of about 80-90 sites: To retain and provide business solutions• To maintain/improve service quality through service agreed standard• To develop long term partnership with new and existing clients• To monitor P&L• To perform monthly site visit and meeting with clients • To monitor day to day operation and find solution to execute on time• To support in implementing of best practice in cleaning standard • To be able in managing multiple sites contract .Health & Safety Purpose: • Communicate regularly with staff through formal and informal channels on safety matters.• Take responsibility for ensuring that a safe system of work is produced and communicated to employees prior to the commencement of the work activity.• Take responsibility for ensuring that plant and equipment is maintained and fit for purpose.• Ensure that work activities are properly managed and supervised. Communicate effectively with clients (verbally, email and reports) in order to provide timely, accurate, challenging and innovative information; Establish excellent relationships, based on mutual trust and recognition with the operation teams that deliver services to your clients; Understand customer’s expectation and business environment; Give our customer’s success as first priority; Manage on going performance and seek continuous improvement to the delivery of services in line with best practice, corporate objectives and policies. Implement quality audits to achieve continuous measured improvement. Implement benchmark of service costs and performance to inform the continuous improvement program. Ensure the work procedure and processes are implemented correctly. People Management and Leadership; Manage, motivate and develop people in accordance with PCS policies. Identify training needs, implement training program and monitor the feedback; Implement HSE policies through providing and effective and informed role model.To retain existing clients, maintain turnover; To improve the quality of services; To be able to prioritize work effectively and to provide solutions to problem. REQUIREMENTS: Essential: Educated to Bachelor Degree in any fields or equivalent, Excellent English Skills, IT literate (PowerPoint, Word and Excel); Preferable: Degree level education; Numerical skills• Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Communication skills, spoken and written in English (preferable)• Leadership skills; Enable to start up the contract and solve the operation issue with proven record• Experience in Soft service provided• Experience in Facility management or Total Facility Management. (preferable)• Experience of related industry (preferable); Technically competent & practical; Systematic, measured and logical; Positive mental attitude; Open communication style and team building mentality; Strong communication and influencing skills; Neat and professional presentation; Solution focused; Customer service orientated (external & internal);Coaching and people development skills; A resilient and robust nature is essential;Customer focused. Travel flexibility; Driving license |
Salary | 1000 - 1000 Thirteen month salary is provided.The role will require flexibility to travel nationally involving overnight stays. |
