Job Description | Implement all company rules and regulations/ In charge to employees’ rewards and punishment/ Management of Labor contracts , employee information and all kinds of Personnel files or information/ Production of various kinds of attendance report/ fill the attendance record form/ Manage company annual leave and benefits/ Staff’s salary calculation/ For assistance in execution from the recruitment process, staff recruitment, entry, departure, transfer, promotion and other procedures /Familiar with all kinds of personnel affairs in a specific operation process and Cambodia labor law, social security policies and transaction process /Understand all kinds of industrial policies and regulations/ deal with the labor department and for the record/ Driver License B or above / must has work experience more than 2 years / good driving technique / familiar Cambodia’s roads / familiar with using computer and other work applications / has a good personal ethnic / Put Company interest in first place / Obey the company’s arrangement |
Salary | 400 - 700 /2 months probation / pay 410$ during the probation / after the probation can increase 35$ / working full a year can increase the seniority pay for 20$ / Including Accommodation / Social security according to the relevant regulations of Cambodia. |
