Job Descriptions: – Purchasing premium furniture, unique and best quality housing appliances and kitchen wares from oversea such Europe, U.S.A, Singapore for condominium – Supplies all required services, materials, equipment, stationery, furniture, etc – Research, contact, keeping relations with different suppliers – Obtain quotations from different suppliers – Ensure that the product received are comparable to market rate and the quality of the product are met the requirement and the standard. – Ensure approval from management level and maintain supporting documents. – Maintain supplier lists include information and product price, contact number – Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased. – Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages and insurance. / Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree – Good knowledge and specialized in furniture and housing appliances – 2 – 3 years experience in related field – Must be capable in English language (Business Level) – Able to speak Chinese is a big plus – Good command of computer literacy – Driven to success personality – Capable, talented, smart, confident, ambitious, and sociable – Good time management and organisational skills – Hard-working, multi-tasking skills, and able to work under pressure
