– to organize bidding/tender for projects and to do tender comparison chart.

– to prepare contracts and bill of quantities.

– to survey market price for construction materials.

– to evaluate and certify contractor’s monthly claim according to site progress.

– to be able to source materials locally or internationally and to work together with purchasing team.

– to prepare statement of final account during end of project.

Requirements:

– Male candidate with 3 years or above working experience as construction QS is preferred.

– Proficient in English writing and communication.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocad.

– Possesses a bachelor degree in quantity surveying or civil engineering.
