Job Description: -Develop sale strategy-Go outside to check the performance of sale team-Lead sale team to reach the target- Motivate and train sale team-Make sales plan, business plan& Sales forecast, Implement sales action plane-Plan PO for distributor-Follow up, Problem and solving (Customer& staff and staff with office worker)- Lead Staff to the target and support them-Motivate staff to work, Manage all sales activities-Prepared Marketing and Budget Planning-Direct meeting with the customers-Check daily report and then send to owner————————————————————————————————————-Requirement: – Graduated BA Degree related Sale and Marketing or equivalent degree- Need 5 years experience up related Sale and Marketing Manager- Fast learner and flexible- Hardworking and can work under pressure- Leader skill and good at management- Can work under high pressure- Be able to travel to provinces- Willing to work until successful
