Description: – Responsible for the smooth running operation of sales and marketing departemtn-Maximize the total revenue/income from time to time by promotiing and up selling products-Build up good relationship with all cusomers-Build up very strong network account and business market oppporunity-Hanle guest complains, guest enquiry and to follow up with them-Make sure that corrective action is carried out immediately-Attend managment meetins and all schedules meetins-Submit weekly sales calll report to director of sales and marketing-Update all sales call report on daily basis and this includes updating of highlight and feedback from client-Be able to follow commands from director of sales and marketing fully-Give staff instrucrion and guidance on a regular basis-Ensure all guests received the best and fastest service with up-to -date informamtion-Reports any potential markets or busienss opportunity to Director of sales and amrketing-Reports action plan to director of sales and marketing (Weekly report)-All sales calls must be pre-planned and schdules-A weekly ininerary must therefore be sumbitted every monthday to the director of sales manager-Sales call is conducted by sales manager, sales and amrekting manager-To prospect a new cleitn-To present the product to a new cleint-To present product updates to an existing cleitn-To re-qualify an existing lcvient-To actively solicit busienss or additional busienss- To do follow up and to gain cleint commitment-To gather data for an expected event-Ensure close co -ordination with all other depatments of the company-Maintain a close relationship with all sections and departmetn head to ensure smooth operation-Familiar wth all emergency procedure regarding fire, accident, medical emergecy-Improve on guet service standards build up more relationship-Ensure staffs attend to residents’ request immediately-Ensure all staff carries out the company’s rule and regulations, policies and producedures-Always reer to the sales and marketing director or GM when is doubt-Communicates effectively wtih guests, clients, government officals and other important individuals to ensure satisfaction in service and products-The personal business plan will be initiated and accomplished by each sales manager and sales executive -Market
