Position Summary This position’s responsibility is to promote Sales and to generate profitable sales opportunities for our construction materials products to both new and existing customers, in order to meet or exceed forecasted sales and gross margins. Position Responsibilities Performs the following: – Build relationships with key decision makers. Act as liaison and single point of contact with major commercial and industrial customers. – Analyze customer business opportunities and threats. – Service existing accounts, secures orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers. – Develop and deliver sales presentations by studying the type of customer and industry. – Submit orders by working with Inside Sales Representatives and Headquarters Managers, Thailand Representative Officer. – Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports. – Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. – Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. – Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Requirement: – Must possess a thorough understanding of industrial related products and customer requirements – Basic knowledge in architect or interior design – Good Looking – Requires 2- 3 years Sales experience – Positive attitude, effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to negotiate, persuade, sell, and resolve conflicts
