Providing a high-level customer service process to the Kofis active and potential customers

Monitoring and reporting customer inquiries and complaints to sales supervisor and manager

Work with related department to assist in follow up with any issues

Ensure that all new goods in showroom always clean

Handle stock on KOFI showroom ensuring it is correctly between report and stock on hand

Records all borrow items related stock on KOFI showroom and make sure all product available for selling

Providing sale reports and customers visited showroom to supervisor and manager

Other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager.
