Job Descriptions: – Follow up for weekly and monthly reports for Head of Sales – Creating memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing, and general administration for the sales department – Managing schedule and distribution of any sales document – Assist Sales Manager to follow up on any sales quotations made for clients. – Receive feedback and complaint from customer and report to sales manager – Other tasks assigned by the manager. / Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field – Able to speak English and Chinese language – Have some experience in admin or customer service work – Good communication and interpersonal skills – Highly responsible and able to work as a team – Self-motivated and hard working – Honest and able to work under pressure
