Job Description | Job Description: -To actively participate in networking opportunities in business community acting as the primary representative of company-To co-define (Marketing Manager) and implement the marketing strategies-To identify prospects and opportunities within business community for the provision of services to cusotmer’s businesses, with a focus on but not limited to the manufactuing, financial and retail sectors-To provide a prospect action plans with financial target-To make initial contact, present company services and facilitate communications between client prospects and company-To provide support in negotiating proposals with new customers-To provide support in negotiating contract renewals with selected customers-To be in charge of evaluation, promotion, quoting, securing and carrying out, invoicing, payment collection for projects assigned by the management in order to achieve forecasted turn-over, time and quality frame-To report timely any important information, weekly sales report and contract and contacts database -To liaise functionally with Marketing Manger for coordination on strategy and handover of prospects-To provide support to marketing to develop such as market communications, presentations, brochures-To collaborate with Operation Manager-Continue to keep periodic relationship with customer-Try to develop the scope of services-Keep constant feedback and good communication with customers, with pro-active attitude-Pay attention to the transfer period following award of a contact with a new customer, together with Sales and Operation team-Define client needs and convert them into service requirements and solutions-Assess interest of prospect leads compared to priorities of the sale strategy-Conduct surveys together with concerned operation team and follow up proposal preparation-To give technical advise and collaborate with Operation Department and Accounting/ Finance Division if necessary. ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….. |
Salary | 1000 - 1700 Requirement: Female/ Male from 25 years old-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)-Fluently in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)-Solid Experience in Sales, working experience at prospecting projects oriented on technical asset management/ Total Facilities management is preferable-Good communication and negotiation-Service orientation-Well job organized and achievement-Aggressive and proactive, good looking person-Enthusiasm, passion, responsibility-Willing to work under high pressure-Leadership (Forward thinking and proactive with judgement, direction setting and achieving of targets able to lead management and operation teams, creating a climate in which team mentors have a desire for results and are able to realize their potential)-Management (Able to identify direction for self and others, motivating and effectively managing staffing and resource requirements.
