岗位职责
1、服从销售部整体工作安排，接受销售主管销售任务决定。
2、按时参加销售部或公司组织的案前培训，无故不得缺席。项目进行前期准备工作，积极参与实地观测与市场调查。
3、协助项目进行入场准备，按时进场，迅速适应环境并开展日常工作。
4、通过电话、网站对潜在客户提供新楼盘分析，跟进客户置业情况。
5、负责收集、整理、归纳客户资料，维护新老客户，了解客户对新楼盘项目的需求意向。
6、执行公司的各项销售政策，达成销售业绩。
7、客户的信息管理与维护。
任职资格
1、1年以上销售工作经验；具有地产及物业销售经验者优先。
2、具备良好的职业素养，形象好气质佳，表达能力强，有自信；
3、爱好销售工作，有成熟的大客户销售经验；
4、至少有一门外语（英语、中文），会中文的销售可多加50美金；
5、具备良好的销售方案执行能力，饱满的销售工作热情；
