Job Descriptions: – Represent the company goals and strategies to salon professionals and coworkers to build relationships and increase sale revenue through positive interaction and teamwork. – Achieving sales goals according to the developed strategies – Sales Management, Customer Service, Marketing, Public Relations, and Staff training – Analysis of market sales data with creation of new promotional strategies and concept for market execution. – Effective ability to manage all salon account activities while coaching and developing strong partnerships with all salon customers resulting in achievement of monthly sales goals. – Attend all corporate and local meetings and training. – Resolve customer complaints and Recommend changes in products and services to existing customer – Interact with company business partners at all levels. / Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree or Master degree graduated – At least 2 years experience as Sales or Marketing Manager in cosmetic or health products company such as “Unilever”, “Goodhill”, “P & G”, “Megabelle”, “Oligo”, “DHC”, “Olay” etc. – Full proficiency of English language (Business Level) – Full proficiency of computer skills – Good communication and interpersonal skills – Good management and leadership skills – Highly motivational, honest, hardworking, and organisational – Able to work independently or in a team – Able to work under pressure and in fast pace
