RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist Sales Manager and Project Manager in day to day tasks and duties
• Represent company in villages, act as a Sales Representative and give field demonstrations if required.
• Ensure good relationship with all customers and business partners.
• Monitor customers’ requirements and feed information back to Sales Manager.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing & sales process
• Manage regional managers over the whole country
• Call/e-mail to existing contacts for after-sales service
• Assist customer during a sales procedure
• Follow-up on customers and finances
• Assist Sales Manager in developing and deploying plans to increase direct sales
• Support company”s commercial activities and spotting commercial opportunities
REQUIREMENTS: • Business education (at least completed secondary education)
• At least 3 years of experience in a commercial position (preferable in the province)
• Hands on mentality
• Self-reflective and open to criticism
• Good Communication skills in Khmer & English (spoken and written)
• Willing to travel in Cambodia
• Good sense of humor
• Enthusiasm for the cause: solar energy for rural electrification
• Skills to use a personal computer with Word, Excel and Power Point

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Willing to work (limited) overtime occasionally
• Willing to travel and stay overnight in the province
• Drive Motorbike (preferable you have a motorbike)

Note: Successful candidate will shadow experienced Sales Rep. for the first few weeks before going to the province. There is one position in Kratie, one in Kampong Chhnang. The successful candidate will work part-time in Phnom Penh, part-time in the province.

Note: The company would prefer young, male candidates for this position. They should speak good English to communicate with the foreigners in the office and ideally have some technical and/or science knowledge. They do not need to have a BA necessarily. Their work will bring them to the province for 2-3 weeks at a time. Even though the base salary is low, they can earn a lot of bonus so their salary will double or more. Also, the company provides a lot of additional benefits.
