The Principal is the senior member of CWF’s staff. He or she is responsible for delivering the

Vision and Mission of CWF and maintaining its Values and the quality of its services. He or

she provides overall direction to the school and leads CWF’s staff and international volunteer

teachers. He or she promotes the reputation of CWF and maintains relations with key external

stakeholders and networks. The Principal is responsible for planning all aspects of the

development and expansion of CWF, determining its staffing requirement and planning staff

progression. He or she supervises, mentors and manages the CWF Management Team

members and coordinates their work.

 Participate in the CRDT Group Management Committee

 Produce the School Development Plan

 Coach Management Team members

 Propose and review business targets and budget

 Co-ordinate the CWF Management Team and chair its meetings

 Appoint staff

 Observe lessons and review student achievement tests to ensure quality

 Regularly meet staff, volunteer teachers and students to hear their feedback

 Maintain organisational policies

 Report to the Board of Directors
