Job Description: -Identifies and communications issues raised, offering recommended solutions relevant to business and risk-Ensures that each department complies with internal policies and find the weakness points in policies and procedures to provide recommendation-Follows up with each department after recommendations have been provided-Supervises less experienced staff by coaching and reviewing all work related-Develops audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives-Communicate assigned tasks to engagement team in a manner that is clear and concise ensuring high quality, accurate and efficient results-Organizes personal effort along with those of junior auditors to be risk-based, productive and efficient at all times-Performs other related duties as assigned…………………………………………………………………………..Requirement: -Good at English speaking wring-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Fiance or the equivalent combination of Education, training and work experience-A minimum of at least two years audit experience is required in the micro finance/banking/audit sector is an advantage-Ability to observe and understand business process ensuring processes are documented completely and accurately-Proactive in researching business best practice concepts in order o apply as appropriate.
