DUTIES: Implement and customize system follow by company needs. Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance; Contribute in all phases of the development life-cycle; Write well designed, testable, efficient code; Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications; Prepare and produce releases of software components; Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review. Document support, Manual and training to end user; Report direct to IT Manager. REQUIREMENTS: •Bachelor degree in IT field; 3 + years of Java/J2EE development experience including: WebSphere, Eclipse (Build: Maven 3), Web Services(TomCat), XML, XSLT; 2 + years of general web development experience including :JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Three years of experience using relational databases including: PostGreSQL, SQLserver, Oracle; Other language skill are preferred; Ability to gain working knowledge of Windows environment and knowledge of source control systems such as SVN; Ability to work independently in a fast paced team environment; Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies; Demonstrated knowledge and experience; Any Quoting experience in a Financial or Insurance industry is going to be a plus.
