JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Promote and enforce a culture of safety on the construction site, ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
– Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permit requirements throughout the construction process.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
– Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork to achieve project goals effectively.
– Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, permits, contracts, and reports.
– Manage change orders and variations to project scope, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed.
