Description: Point of sale materials (POSM) control-POSM stock planning, control and production request in line with business needs-Support the agent network team on ensuring that all agents have suitable materials provided in good time, and manage distribution of POSM accordingly-Support the Business Developmetn team with POSM distribution for retail outlets-Work with Smart Marketing team on POSM materials (artwork, production, storage)-SmartLuy Agent shop signage-Ensure suppliers install/maintain remove shop sign as needed-Ensure suppliers install/maintain/remove shop sign as needed-Ensure suppliers conduct site surveys correctly-Raise purchase requests and ordrs accordingly-Involve with Smart Events team for managing freelancer KPIs and performance-Preparation of Smart luy materials to support event -Reconciliation of wallets with Finance team where neccessary-Field visits with supplier and/ or Smart Luy Agent Netwrok teamf to ensure all POSM installations are good quality and any issues settled-Meeting with Smart Procurement team, marketing team and suppliers whrere relevant to Smart Luy POSM. -Support within the SmartLuy Operations Team on -User Acceptance Testing after system changes-Supporting dispute cae resolution ofr cusot mers-Escalation of inssues to Manager and IT and/ or software vendors.
