Job Descriptions: – Prepare and arrange meeting with the government department and public sectors – Control and check attendant and overtime of the workers – Maintain good relationship with internal and external connections – Implement policy according to labor law and follow up all the contract – Prepare contracts and support in recruiting, interviewing and training if possible – Work closely with HR and Admin Department to ensure the smoothness of the operations – Other related tasks assigned by the management team. / Requirements: – Working location could be at either Kompong Speu or Kien Svay – At least 2 years experience as Compliance Officer in factories or other types of big industry – Understanding HR & Admin department working process – Must have some knowledge related to labor law – Full proficiency in English language (both speaking & writing) – If able to speak Chinese would be a big plus – Able to communicate well and build up good connections internally and externally – Good leadership and motivational – Able to work under pressure
