Job Description:
– Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards;
– Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements;
– Update and maintain accounting records and prepare various accounting statements, billing documents, and financial reports;
– Enter, retrieve, and maintain information on the computerized accounting system;
– Process customer orders, prepare invoices, and coordinate mailings;
– Calculate, post, reconcile, and verify duties to obtain primary financial data;
– Maintain restricted and general funds budgets;
– Collect payments and counsel customers.

Job Requirement:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent, plus a minimum of one year of related experience preferred
– Thorough knowledge of Tax and basic accounting procedures and principles (Having external audit working experience is a plus)
– Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end closing process
– Good Command of Chinese & English, both orally and in writing
– Accounting software (QuickBooks) user and administration skills.

– 处理客户订单，准备发票并协调邮寄事宜；
– 计算、过账、核对和验证各项收支，以确保主要财务数据的准确性；
– 管理限制性资金和一般资金预算；
– 收取款项并为客户提供咨询。

任职要求：

– 会计或相关专业本科学历，一年以上相关工作经验者优先；
– 精通税务及基础会计流程与原则（有外部审计工作经验者优先）；
– 熟悉总账功能及月末/年末结账流程；
– 具备良好的中文和英语口语及书面表达能力；
– 熟练使用并掌握会计软件（QuickBooks）的操作及管理技能；
– 优先考虑中文母语者。
