DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Managed Operation Staff Capability Training & Development; Formulate and Implement Skills Development Strategy; Develop & Evaluate Training/Learner Material; Facilitate Training and Development; Provide Training and Development service and advice; Systems/Process Capability Analysis; Recommend Improvement Plans of Systems and Processes; Coordinate Improvement Plans; Evaluate Improvement Plans; Developed Training and Development Plan; Administered Training/Learning Records; Developed Assessor/Facilitator Guides; Complete ad hoc Projects; Coordinate Operation Assessments; Recruitment and selection staff; Formulate Training Budget; Manage Training Budget. REQUIREMENTS: – At least Bachelor degree in Management, Finance, Business, Marketing…etc. Bachelor of Education is advanced ; Can demonstrate understanding of providing Training and Development; Experience in Training & Development especially in Financial institute is mostly wanted; 3-5 years experience in facilitating Training; Fluent in Khmer literacy/translation and very good English; Possess following skills: Presentation, Inter-personal, Communication, Analytic and Assessment
